A HyFlex learning measurement model based on students’ cognitive learning styles to create equitable learning

This article reports on a study that aims to develop and empirically test measurement model of several constructs cognitive learning styles, HyFlex modalities, equitable with the assumptions indicators build them. A total 451 students from state universities private in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, previous online experience, participated survey. To investigate interaction between style each used set indicators/items developed Kirton's adaptation-innovation theory constructs, Felder-Silverman Learning Style three equity pedagogy. Analysis was conducted using Smart-PLS software. The results analysis reveal learning, meet validity reliability. this present alternative instruments explain based styles create higher education.
